By engaging DesignCircuitStudio for any design, development, or consulting service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and DesignCircuitStudio, registered at Calle de Blasco de Garay, 25, 28015 Madrid, Madrid, Spain.

2.2 Scope of Services

All services are defined in explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and DesignCircuitStudio. Any work outside the agreed SOW scope requires a separate written amendment with updated pricing and timeline.

Pre-existing frameworks, utilities, and internal tooling remain the property of DesignCircuitStudio.

2.5 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

DesignCircuitStudio's total aggregate liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. All completed deliverables and work-in-progress shall be transferred to the Client upon settlement.
